No protein powder? No problem. I LOVE getting protein in through smoothies, but I HATE the taste of most protein powders. This is a great way to get that protein in, without the powder and it tastes DELICIOUS!
Creamy Blueberry Protein Smoothie
1/2 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/2 c vanilla light greek yogurt
1 c skim milk (or any other kind of milk you like)
Blend all together and enjoy!
