This can be made for any holiday, but I love it especially on the 4th. The fruit is so refreshing and the cream cheese frosting is extra tasty with it.
1-2 packages refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Press dough into glass or cake pan until flat and even and bake according to package directions.
While baking mix together:
1 8 oz block cream cheese
1 can of vanilla frosting
Spread evenly on COOLED sugar cookie layer and top with strawberries and blueberries. Enjoy!
