Do you love chocolate as much as I do? Then you are going to LOVE these protein bites! You can love them dipped or not dipped. Mmm. These protein bites are every chocolate lovers dream. I always feel the need for a sweet bite after I eat lunch or dinner. It's a problem. I keep these in my fridge on hand to satisfy my sweet tooth throughout the week! And that way I don't turn to anything else.
Here's the recipe:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 c honey
- 1 1/2 c rolled oats
- 2 scoops chocolate premiere protein powder
-dash of salt
Mix all ingredients together and scoop onto cookie sheet with small ice cream scooper. Optional: melt 1/2 dark chocolate chips and dip the top of the balls into melted chocolate.
